Terms of use
Effective 7 September 2026 · Perth, Australia
These terms cover the public HydroLog website and early-access requests. They are not a software licence. A separate agreement will apply when a Company is offered a pilot or paid licence.

By using hydrolog.com.au you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site is operated by HydroLog from Perth, Australia.
02
Early access
Requesting access, booking a demo, or joining the waitlist does not guarantee a licence, a launch date, or any particular feature. We may accept, delay, or decline a request.
Information on the site describes a product that is still being built. Features, copy, and timelines can change.
03
Fair use
You may browse the site and submit an access request with accurate details. You must not:
- Submit false, automated, or misleading requests

04
Our content
The HydroLog name, logo, site design, writing, and product mock-ups are owned by HydroLog or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them as your own, except for ordinary viewing or sharing a page link.
You keep ownership of the details you send in an access request. You give us permission to use those details to reply to you and to run early access, as set out in the Privacy policy.
05
No professional advice
The website is a product introduction. It is not hydrogeological, engineering, legal, or regulatory advice. Field and completion work remains your Company’s professional responsibility.
06
Liability
The website is provided as a public information page. To the extent permitted by law, HydroLog is not liable for loss arising from use of the site, from an early-access request, or from relying on coming-soon product descriptions.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
07
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in Perth have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
